Previous incidents

The issue with replica provisioning in our serverless container infrastructure has been resolved. The service is now operating normally and scaling as expected. Thank you for your patience while we addressed the issue.

The incident related to the SFS volume transfer from ICE01 to FIN03 has been resolved.

The faulty transfer process has been stopped, safeguards have been put in place to prevent similar overwrite scenarios, and additional validation checks have been implemented for future migrations.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the overwrite, some customer data could not be recovered. We sincerely apologize for the impact this incident has caused.
